Tips and motivation for body fitness
It is said that fitness is the thing which gives you Comfort and peace in everyday life. "Strength does not come from the physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will" this noble thought is said by Mahatma Gandhi.
All successfull people believes in exercise, Yoga, jogging and also tracking. They all get success but they evely not forgot about fitness, because they know that their success is related to their body fitness.
We have a noble thought i.e. "HEALTH IS WEALTH"
From this I rememer a story that I wanted to share with you. A man can work hard and earn much money. He started work day and night and earn money. His attention about his fitness was completly gone. One day he become ill very badly and admitted in hospital and spend Money that he earn from work. After that his health was not good and he is not able to work. From this story we have to took a noble thought that work is important but health is more important than work. We have been come with some body fitness tips which are given below
- 1. Get up early and exercise daily for at least 1 or 2 hrs. In between period od 5 am to 6 or 7 am because in this time sunrays are very usefull as well as good for our body.
- 2. Eat breakfast daily on time and it should be included mostly fruits and then vegetables and dairy products such as milk, butter,...etc
- 3. Be sure to get sleep on time and completed. Human body needed 6 to 8 hrs of sleep. If you are tired you should take small nap for half hour bedore doing exercise. It can helped you to refesh your mind.
- 4. Main factor in body fitness is food. In packaged food their are chemical additives thats why our health become low or we become weak. So take good meal and stay away fron illness.
- 5. Always stay motivated. This factor is always work. No matter we are not doing anything but when we are motivated we have that ray of opportunity.
